What kind of personal data Touring Italy.net collects & processes:

The user can explicitly consent and accept the processing of his data both by Touring Italy.net and by the Accommodation. He can also refuse this consent, in this case, the form can not be sent.
Touring Italy.net does not act as intermediator, he only offers this free service for Users, and as it concerns Touring Italy.net, the user's data processing is necessary for him only for security and control purposes (prevent spamming, etc). It ceases if the email was sent in a regular way in compliance with the applicable laws concerning the emails. Otherwise, Touring Italy.net may extend the data processing for the period required to take legal action against the user.

6 - How Touring-Italy.net manages the personal data of minors

The services offered by Touring-Italy.net are intended for people over the age of 18 only. If we become aware of the processing of data of persons under the age of 18 without the valid consent of a relative or legal guardian, we reserve the right to delete such data.

7 - How long Touring-Italy.net can store User personal data
