Sicily lies in the South of Italy, and it is its biggest island, separated from the mainland by the Strait of Messina. All the aspects of nature gather around this amazing island: hills, mountains, volcanoes (like the famous Etna), picturesque islands and archipelagos (the Aeolians, Ustica, Pantelleria, Egadi, Pelagie Islands) and, above all, a crystal-clear sea that surrounds the whole coast of the region, scattered with charming fishing villages and historical cities.

Sicily is rich in art, history, culture, and nature. Don't miss a visit to Etna or to one of the beautiful historical sites that date back to Greek and Roman Empires. The Alcantara River Park is a natural treasure, while The Valley of the Temples, an archeological site close to Agrigento, is the to-go place for history lovers.

If you want to relax and completely immerse yourself in nature and in the unique Sicilian atmosphere, don't miss Taormina, the true pearl of Sicily, the town of Noto with its architectural beauties, or choose a beach of one of the Aeolian Islands (Lipari, Stromboli and Panarea among the others).

Food & Wine: Vineyards, almond trees, citrus and olive groves will accompany you during your Sicilian holiday. Let yourself be tempted by one of the typical meat- or fish-based dishes or by the pastries, like the inimitable Sicilian cannoli. Tasty local products like Pachino tomatoes or Pantelleria capers, as well as high-quality wines, will make you love Sicily straight away!
