Tuscany is located in central Italy between the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Apennines. Medieval villages, castles, abbeys surprising everywhere the visitors with their beauty. Do not miss to visit the Tuscan Archipelago, the Chianti and the Maremma areas.

Tuscany is considered the heart of Italy: a land of great tradition, culture, history, fine arts and beautiful landscapes. The Italian Renaissance was born here: just think about Dante, Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Galileo Galilei or Puccini among the many others. Museums such as the Uffizi or the Pitti Palace are 'must see'.

Food & wine: the famous Chianti, Brunello di Montalcino, Vernaccia di San Gimignano or the dessert wine Vin Santo all are produced here in Tuscany.

The Tuscan cuisine uses genuine food and fresh ingredients cooked at the moment. The 'Florentine steak' is simply delicious: you should not miss it! - 'Pappardelle' - a bit thicker than spaghetti and made with eggs, - many versions of roasted or wine-braised meat (boar, deer, and rabbit). The bread is plain and unsalted, the oil used for frying or grilling is obviously the finest extra-virgin olive oil.
